Track Rental Requirements

In order to make track rentals a success we need everyone to adhere to the following rules and regulations. Thank you for your cooperation so we can get racing!

Physical Distancing And Good Hygiene To Prevent The Spread Of A Disease:

  • Do not come if you are feeling sick.
  • Practice social distancing of 6 feet at all times.
  • Everyone is required to wear a face covering when out of their vehicles.
  • Racers must pit with enough space in between another racers pit to practice social distancing.
  • Racers are asked to stay in vehicles or in their pit areas as much as possible.
  • Limit amount of people in the bathrooms at a time.
  • After you scheduled test and tune time is finished, we ask you quickly load up and leave the premises so we may have time to disinfect bathrooms and all frequently touched surfaces before the arrival of the next group.
  • Concession stand will not be open at this time.

Requirements Of Track Rental:

  • You must register and pre-pay via Paypal on our website in order to hold your spot.
  • Tech cards must be filled out an emailed to us a day prior to your scheduled time.
  • Racers may bring only 1 crew member with them. (We have to keep amount of people very limited)
  • In the event of a rain out you will be rescheduled to another available time and date.
  • All racers must still abide to New Oxford Dragway Rule Book for everything including but not limited to: protective gear and car safety requirements.
  • You must arrive 30 mins before your scheduled time in order to pit, unload your vehicle, and be teched in before your scheduled test and tune time. If you are late, we will not refund the time you missed.
  • The fee is $75 for the two (2) hour rental per racer which includes one (1) racer and(1) crew member.
